Skilled in different therapeutic approaches (such as CBT, ACT, Humanistic, and Integrative methods), ensuring care is tailored to each client’s needs. Supported by ongoing supervision and training, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. Depending on your needs, you may be matched with a counselor, relationship therapist, child specialist, or mental health psychologist.
